Your systems already know.
They just won't tell you.

Clarity Forge builds the integrations, pipelines, and audits that pull data out of systems that were never designed to share it — then turns it into something you can act on Monday morning.

Illustrative output. Every dealer we've audited has a number in that third column, and none of them knew it.

What we actually do

Most businesses don't have a data problem. They have four systems that each hold a piece of the answer and no way to put them in the same room. That's the work.

Inventory intelligence

Dealers · distributors · multi-location retail

What you're advertising, checked against what you actually have. We reconcile your website feed, your DMS, and the physical floor, then hand you the exceptions — the ghost listings, the unlisted units, the aging you can't see from inside the system.

  • Feed-vs-floor reconciliation with clear provenance on every unit
  • Read-only against your DMS — we never own the write path
  • Delivered as a standing audit, not a one-time PDF

API & integration

Systems that were never meant to talk

Vendor catalogs, distributor feeds, marketplace APIs, internal tools, and the platform with no export button. We build the connective tissue — and the part most people skip, which is what happens when the far end changes shape without telling you.

  • Ingestion from APIs, feeds, flat files, and systems with neither
  • Normalization and enrichment across mismatched vendor schemas
  • Pipelines that fail loudly and recover on their own

Analysis & reporting

The number you actually run on

Once the data is out, the question is what it says. We build the recurring report a business genuinely operates from — margin by source, price movement, what's aging, what's mispriced — and put it where you'll actually see it.

  • Longitudinal collection, so you have history instead of a snapshot
  • Comparison against the market, not just against last month
  • Delivered to an inbox on a schedule, not a dashboard you'll forget

Systems visibility

Firewalls · tenants · tools that each have their own console

Every appliance and platform ships with its own dashboard, its own idea of "critical," and its own login. The result is a dozen consoles nobody checks. We pull them into one view that someone will actually read.

  • Firewall, appliance, and endpoint telemetry into a single dashboard
  • Alert normalization and routing across sources that don't agree on severity
  • Microsoft 365 and Entra automation — provisioning, licensing, mailbox and mail-auth reporting
  • Built and handed over documented. We don't hold your pager.

Web builds

Fast, fixed-fee, self-maintaining

Sometimes the data problem is that your storefront is three years stale and maintained by hand. We rebuild it so it feeds itself from the same catalog everything else reads. Quick to ship and priced accordingly — often how a longer engagement starts.

Proof, not a portfolio

The fastest way to judge whether someone can do this work is to look at what they run when nobody is paying them to. These are ours — live, public, and collecting right now.

Live

The Undersold

A retail price engine that watches clearance, destock, and price movement continuously, then surfaces what's genuinely underpriced rather than merely discounted.

It's Giving Gone

Last-minute rental inventory that would otherwise expire worthless, scored against market rates across dozens of drive-markets and hubs.

20 drive-markets · 18 hubs · rescored every two hours

Wait times at every North Carolina DMV office, collected on a schedule and kept — building the only longitudinal record of it that exists.

How engagements work

STEP 01

A paid audit first

Small, fixed fee, short timeline. We go get your data and tell you what's actually in it. You keep the findings whether or not we do anything else — and often the audit is the whole engagement.

STEP 02

Build what the audit found

Scoped from real findings rather than a discovery call. Fixed fee where the shape is known, hourly where it genuinely isn't. You'll know which before we start.

STEP 03

Keep it running, or don't

Pipelines rot when the far end changes. We'll maintain it on a retainer, or hand it over documented and walk away. No lock-in, and no pretending that's a hard choice.

If you've got a system that won't give up its data, that's the conversation.

Tell me what you're trying to see and what's currently in the way. If it isn't something I can help with, I'll say so in the first reply rather than the third meeting.
